The location was very central, close enough to river bank, castle, restaurants and roman bridge, the river and the Roman Bridge and the historical centre. It also was to the sights of Chaves. The rooms were clean and we could park nearby. The design was nice.

The room was reasonably spacious and the bathroom was fine. Its perfect, very central location was a plus. The hotel was next to Chaves downtown😃

we truly enjoyed the hotel, it was modern and incredibly beautiful and had marvellous location adjacent to the traiano bridge and the river and the roman bridge. the room was a nice size and extremely pleasant, the beds were comfortable. everything seemed excellent, immaculately clean.

Interesting place for exploring Chaves. Exceptionally comfortable place to stay while in Chaves. Great and magnificent location in Chaves, not far from river bank as well as roman bridge. For tea or coffee visit Pastelaria Biquinho Doce nearby. What an exceptionally nice staff! A wide range of goodies for breakfast.

Spent my Easter weekend in a great hotel, location was amazing. Close to the famous Roman Bridge and everything the town has to offer. The staff were incredibly nice and friendly. The best aspects were the comfortable bed and the top-notch breakfast. The room was beautifully decorated, and the attention to detail was outstanding.

I was disappointed to find the alcohol-gel dispensers almost empty when I arrived. I also had to park my car off-site, which was a bit of a hassle.

The location is great, near famous attractions. Staff is nice and amicable. The breakfast is good. The bed is very comfortable.
